[Preview] Update a tag group

Update the details of an existing tag group.

This only updates the tag group metadata (name, alias). The dimensionNumber is set at creation and cannot be changed. To manage tags within the group, use the tag sub-resource endpoints.

The company must have the Tags feature enabled in their price plan.
