Retrieve the current-state worklist for the specified agency user across up to five active client companies assigned to that user. Eligible companies are selected deterministically by company name and company ID. Results are globally ordered and limited to 100 items.

Localization: Todo titles are localized based on the Accept-Language request header (sv or en). When the header is missing or the language is not supported, Swedish is used. The resolved language is returned in the Content-Language response header.
